All sales are final, but we will replace any seed(s) that have been lost in transit to the address you have provided. All addresses are verified via the USPS before being shipped. We do not consider a shipment lost in transit until 14 business days have elapsed from the time of mailing. You may also cancel an order within 24 hours of placing an order via our website.

Cancelled orders within the specified timeframe will be refunded to the original method of payment. Items lost in transit will be replaced after 14-day business days and verification of non-delivery via the tracking number(s) provided when shipped. No refund will be given for orders lost in transit.

SHIPPING POLICY

Providing our customers with the most efficient and private shipping methods available is of utmost importance. It is crucial that you provide us with a valid (real) delivery name and address, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the parcel will be successfully delivered.

FREE DELIVERY

- Delivery takes between 4 and 9 working days with our USPS First Class Parcel service. The United States Postal Service is a Federal Agency and will not deliver on Federal Holidays. 

- We only deliver to private addresses. We will not take any responsibility or refund or replace any orders if you use a Packstations, Relay Points, Forwarding or Cargo companies or general public places as delivery addresses.

- Your track and trace information will be sent to your registered email address once the parcel has been shipped – Before contacting us, please check your spam folder as many emails end up in that dreaded folder.

- Tracking updates are available from the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse.

- It is not possible to arrange a specific time or date for a first delivery attempt. The courier will not ring your phone number to check whether you are at home.

- We do not ship outside the USA.

Our customers will receive their parcels in the below type of packaging, although color may vary depending on what is being shipped. You will see the return address of FCN LLC, 3540 Toringdon Way, Suite 200 #1084, Charlotte, NC 28277 clearly printed on the label.

1. Please note that Seedstockers will not be held accountable for any incorrect information provided by the customer. Incorrect customer information resulting in incorrect delivery, nondelivery, detainment or charges will remain at the customer's responsibility.

2. The customer is fully liable for any order shipped once it leaves our warehouse. Seedstockers cannot be held responsible or liable for any product content or additional charges involved should your parcel be stopped by any process.
