Cancelled orders within the specified timeframe will be refunded to the original method of payment. - Delivery takes between 4 and 9 working days with our USPS First Class Parcel service. The United States Postal Service is a Federal Agency and will not deliver on Federal Holidays.
- We only deliver to private addresses. We will not take any responsibility or refund or replace any orders if you use a Packstations, Relay Points, Forwarding or Cargo companies or general public places as delivery addresses.
- Your track and trace information will be sent to your registered email address once the parcel has been shipped – Before contacting us, please check your spam folder as many emails end up in that dreaded folder.
- Tracking updates are available from the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse.
- It is not possible to arrange a specific time or date for a first delivery attempt. The courier will not ring your phone number to check whether you are at home.
- We do not ship outside the USA.
